Getting the most out of your first head care experience is what matters!
After booking, head care treatment waiver and intake form above. Homework is no fun- we get it- however, this form is required to receive your treatment where you can tell us about any scalp concerns, preferred pressure, add-ons you'd like, and special requests. We're all about making your experience unique to you! Intake forms are the gateway to a meaningful dialogue between you and your service provider. They are your insurance policy. Make sure your service provider is aware of your expectations.
For the best result
- For basic head care, we recommend no shampoo 48 hours before the appointment for the microscope test.
- For basic head care, we recommend no mascara (eye makeup) for the steam and the eye mask. If you have an eyelash extension, please contact us.
3 @ Vine Salon appreciates the opportunity to offer our head care service to you and is confident that we can deliver excellent results.
We kindly request an advance payment to initiate the service 15 days before the appointment. This payment will help us secure the necessary resources and allocate the required time to ensure smooth service such as securing your spot and preparing the right products for your head care.
We understand that upfront payments may raise some concerns, and we are here to address any questions or hesitations you may have. We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment with a full refund. If your request is after 24 hours, we will charge 50% of your service fee.
We also open up a date for other clients if we don’t receive the payment two weeks before your requested time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled services. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
This includes appointments where our service provider cannot access the property, or the client is a no-show.
If 3@Vine Salon cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
