Getting the most out of your first head care experience is what matters!

After booking, head care treatment waiver and intake form above. Homework is no fun- we get it- however, this form is required to receive your treatment where you can tell us about any scalp concerns, preferred pressure, add-ons you'd like, and special requests. We're all about making your experience unique to you!  Intake forms are the gateway to a meaningful dialogue between you and your service provider. They are your insurance policy. Make sure your service provider is aware of your expectations.

 For the best result, we recommend:

1. No shampoo 48 hours before the appointment.
2. No mascara (eye makeup) for the eye mask and steam.

We kindly request an advance payment to initiate the service 15 days before the appointment. This payment will help us secure the necessary resources and allocate the required time to ensure smooth service such as securing your spot and preparing the right products for your head care.

We understand that upfront payments may raise some concerns, and we are here to address any questions or hesitations you may have. We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment with a full refund. If your request is after 24 hours, we will charge 50% of your service fee.

We also open up a date for other clients if we don’t receive the payment two weeks before your requested time.
